My language primer on the CARET device instructional set.

The Half Cycloid is the name of the geometric key that aligns itself perfectly with the symbols on the artifact in question.  Below is an aid to visualize the properties of this tool.

Here is a link to a proper description of the same with some notable key points to keep in mind when you read it even if you can not fathom the mathematic formula that is used to describe the unique observations of the writer it is important to know the qualities of this key as described by someone not related to this (we assume) Extra Terrestrial technology. 

If you simply read these two links it may become apparent that this simple geometric key is making accurate measurements that in numeric mathematics end up using open ended calculus combined with final analysis.

(pure open ended proofs where you determine the value of x, without knowing y, and z)

The half cycloid is the closest path between points but leaves a curve that in itself is rather impossible to model properly, accurately in an infinite universe of finite values... not without some sort of quantum-mega-computer (or a logical architecture that is based on geometric primitives that resolve all of this heavy headed mathematics with the mere rotation of a circle and 1 point of reference.

This also just happens to be a variation of the Metosphere (Metospheric Plasma Products, where did I hear that name before?)  Don't bother looking it up... it's spelled properly, I made up the word and Websters has  simply not gotten on board yet.

The CARET language is based on the Half Cycloid and suppose that this device was designed with an understanding.

(if someone is to service or run this module then instructional keys must be given, typically the most rudimentary not the most complicated)

For running a 3d space physics alteration with an object (if the information is correct) that can alter local reality it requires some basis in a clear set of functions that anyone could understand with 3 minutes to spare on the subject. 

The most simple thing is to use a language set that mirrors the truly complex functions with an index key that applies to both space identification and the control functions that work the envelope within that space in line with the physics that you are targeting. (the proofs as you read on)

   Check this link 'Free Energy and Charge' and remember that effects of 'free energy' in this case are talking about how the electron is a vortical program, the act of free energy shows an apparent tapping of the aether or zero point field (Marko Rodin might describe it as 9).  I could be wrong but Marko Rodin understood enough to fomulate a working number system to map the various topology of the vortical program so that we could have access to it's mutiple time space folds and access the quantum functions of each one.  I can not under stress enough how you should listen to a Marko Rodin talk and learn his number system, especially if you work in Physics.

If you can tap a vortex for energy you might also be able to alter the frequencies of the vortical program (tapping energy is the same as, displacement.  This has taken place in any number of key frequencies. (energy and likely mass of 2 static frequencies (5d) has moved from one dimension to another).  I hate to call them black holes but the name stuck so far we have not replaced it with anything creative.

While this sounds fantastic the effects in our physical universe reflect this change all the time in ordinary chemical, life and industrial process.  We are surrounded by 'it' and yet we do not see fit to penetrate that veil with our minds eye.

So any good language is going to key on the primary base elemental functions (aka, the frequency carriers of all physics here) as being much one in the same.

In a world like that (as a galactic language) you are talking about the way that most beings think already, they only need to apply that awareness in order to see real potential in everything.

Manifestation is, primarily emotionally motivated (your power source) re-polarization on this same vortex in one or more of it's fold values... people do that every day.
